Booking via e-mail and phone
After confirmation of the reservation on our side, we ask you to pay an advance of 30% -50% of the total amount of the booking (depending on the term), to our account no. TRR: 07000-0001133923 at GORENJSKA BANKA. When making a transfer from abroad, specify IBAN: SI 56 07000-0001133923 and SWIFT: GORESI2X. The reservation is valid only after the payment of the advance.
Reservations online via Cubillis interface
You can pay a deposit via bank transfer (within 3 working days from making the booking) to confirm your reservation, or you can pay a deposit with a valid credit card debit. In this case, communicate the following information via the online reservation (encryption-protected link): card type, owner's name, card number, card validity and CVV or CVC code.
The reservation will only be confirmed from our side upon receipt of an advance payment or after successfully debiting the credit card for the estimated value.
For reservations under conditions without the possibility of refunding money (non refundable)- 100% of the reservation is paid in advance.
Conditions of cancellation
NON REFUNDABLE PRICES
• The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if he cancels at any time.
• The guest will be charged an advance of 100% of the total price at any time.
STANDARD PRICE
• Guests can cancel up to 14 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, the advance payment is not refunded. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or for no show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price.

Arrivals
Your apartment is ready on the day of your arrival from 14 pm onwards.
Departures
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment on the day of departure by 10 am.
Payment methods
Cash, wire transfer, credit cards Visa, Diners, MasterCard, Activa, Discover, Maestro. With on-line booking via Cubillis interface, we reserve the right to pre-authorize the card before your arrival (temporary suspension of funds before your arrival).

Extras
Additional persons not stated upon reservation 15-25 € per person / per night if the capacity of the apartment allows placement.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and costs 2,50 EUR / day for adults and 1,25 EUR / day for children from 7 to 18 years.
Pets are allowed in units 2,5 and 6 for an extra charge of 10 EUR / per night.
Check-in /check-out
The keys of the apartment are given to guests in the apartment house upon prior call or notice and agreement on the time of arrival at the tel. 041 240 323 or 00386 41 240 323 after 14.00pm, for the return of keys the same telephone number is called and departure is pre-arranged with the owner and apartment vacated by 10.00 am.
Upon arrival guests will be notified to submit a personal document (identity card or passport) for all persons who will stay in the apartments. For the children date and place of birth is needed. Staying in apartments is allowed only to guests who register with the owner. For those who do not register with the owner, he does not assume any responsibility for them. Persons not registered and staying in the house without the knowledge of the owner - are not allowed and are liable themselves for all responsibility.
